staff was pleasant. continental breakfast was very good and was staffed by people who seemed to really care that you were satisfied and that the space was clean.
while the room was clean the hallways and stairs were not. also the security lock on the outside was broken and appeared to have been so for some time.

Great location--It was close to many small towns that were enjoyable for day visits and also close to natural areas. Lots to do!
I was charged more for the room then originally booked. the room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. the hotel itself is in need of some repairs.

Location was convienient.
Keycard to hotel from outside was broken, so poor security. Washing machine was broken as was the vending machine. Also managed to pull door handle off the room! Hotel needs a little attention.

The continental breakfast offered a nice variety and the morning servers were very pleasant.
The Comfort Inn was changed to Days Inn, last December. I spent over one hour trying to find the hotel. No one in the area was able to help me. Since I booked my reservation on line, I would have appreciated an e mail advising me of the change. It was purely by chance that I located the hotel.

Locationt, breakfast and staff were nice when we saw them.
Not happy with the mold around tub and stained shower curtain. Also our first nite when our sheets kept pulling off the mattress, we realized the bed was made without fitted sheets. The other bed that my children shared never did get a fitted sheet our entire stay. The sheets looked cleaned, but blanket had some burn holds. There were 4 of us in the room and each day we received 2 towels for showering. While walking by the untility closet where bedding is held, we saw how dirty the shelves and room itself was, which was quite disturbing. We requested a non-smoking room, which it was, but had to walk through a smoke filled hallway to get to it. We were grateful that the smoke did not seem to penetrate into our room.

Mistake in booking, put me in a smoking room when I clearly chose no smoking. Whole hotel smelled from cigarette smoke in every area. Deskman was smoking in the doorway entrance when I arrived.

It is very nice to have a breakfast room. However, we ONLY stayed there because of the location: it is the closest hotel to the Kadampa temple we often go to for meditation retreats.
The mattress smelled like mildew, the bathroom was not very clean, there are rusted knobs and other hardware, the lampshades were broken or cracked, the towels were so dark and stained...

Helpful staff, easy stop in our travels
The room and bathroom needed a thorough cleaning. Burned out light bulb in lamp. Lots of cosmetic repairs needed.

Decent price. The room and bathroom were clean enough and the breakfast was adequate. there was also a washer and dryer which came in really handy. The washer didn't work at first but a call to the front desk brought help right away and he had it going in no time.
I didn't like that the maid came relatively early (9:00 am+/-) and then never came back to make the bed and tidy up the room. Since we were in the room at that time and staying another night, she seemed to take that as a signal that there was no need to do anything even though I told her we would be leaving for the day in about 30 minutes. A bit picky here but they had no quarters at the front desk which are required for the washer and dryer. They should have a supply if they are going to have machines that need them.

Breakfast was good, had just what you needed to start your day..nothing fancy..but good and staff was very polite and helpful. Was nice to get some coffee and cereal and go to the pool and sit and enjoy. My granddaughter and I just love to swim and the pool was very nice at 8:30am in the morning.
I use to live in the area so did not expect anything fancy, building is old and could use some attention in all area;S. But for a one night stay it was fine. Beds and linens were clean and so were the floors. Building just needs some air, Air condition in room did not work well and should of said something but was just for the night so we managed. They should of offered some kind of discount on another visit.
